I’m a new listener. Love the show, but I’ve got to disagree with you on the job situation here in Israel. I made aliyah last year. I work in “high tech” and I’m pretty familiar with the job outlook here. Startups have frozen hiring, and are laying people off. It’s extremely difficult for olim to find jobs right now, with or without Hebrew language skills. A lot of the work here is outsourced from the U.S. or Europe, and when they’re hurting, it trickles down. I’m moving my family back to the U.S., since I’ll be out of work in a few weeks and don’t have any prospects here.

Anyway, keep up the good work. I agree with most of what you say.
