Wow, big legal breakthrough…In New York, you do not have to attack a human being for it to be classified as a hate crime. Believe it or not, if you throw a fire bomb at a Jewish synagogue, it will be considered a hate crime.
…and it only took 10 years for this deep legal decision to be arrived at…
Oh yeah, and there IS anti-semitism in New York, even if it IS Hymietown, according to some…

BrainStorm, Hadassah seal deal for trials of Lou Gehrig treatment

The deal was concluded after an in-house committee at Hadassah Medical Center approved the proposed trials on humans. The trials however remain pending on approval from a Health Ministry committee that vets clinical trials on humans.
