Why Are There Nazis Guarding the United Nations Building?

Written by Marty Roberts on August 19, 2010 – 10:29 am -

No, really!…They sign the security log with swastikas and salute using the “Heil Hitler” nazi salute…At least they will now have to attend sensitivity training classes…THAT will surely solve the UN problem, won’t it?…

And…Israel will be running a clean election this time…All parties have signed on to a charter guaranteeing no dirty campaign tactics…Yeah, right!…How does the Kadima party web site depicting Likud Party leader Bibi Netanyahu defecating (complete with sound effects) fit into the picture?…And the Meretz Party “Left-Wing Assholes” campaign?…Maybe I just don’t understand the subtleties of politics…

Also….Psalms-for-votes…What the heck is THAT all about?…Should it be illegal

Plus…A “Chiddush”…What is it?…And what does IT have to do with the United Nations?…All this and MORE…

At Least We Know That This Building is Safe

United Nations Headquarters

Apparently, the United Nations has a very high standard in selecting their force of security guards…

Or…

Maybe not…

United Nations Security Guard?

Nazi Salute

Is this REALLY how security guards are supposed to salute at the UN?

Maybe the guard was so ignorant that he didn’t know HOW to sign the security log, so he had to put his “sign” on it…

A swastika.

At least we can rest assured that the United Nations Security apparatus will be attending sensitivity training classes…

I wonder who pays for these classes?

Might need to raise taxes to adequately support the “holy” work of the UN….

Election Bribery

Book of Psalms

I know that it’s not usually a good thing to mix politics and religion…

But Israel IS a Jewish State, no?

Can there be something wrong with distributing books containing the Psalms…

The greatest songs of praise of our Creator ever written…

The outpourings of the heart of the great King David of Israel?

We’ll have to wait and see what the Israeli Supreme Court says about this one…

Kofi Annan
While Kofi Annan visits Israel, are United Nations Forces pursuing “Peace” or “Pieces”??? Has the UN outlived its mandate? Are they doing more harm than good these days???

UN Flag
Accompanied by a flurry of Israeli concession-announcements, Kofi Annan, Secretary-General of the United Nations is visiting Israel as part of the hoopla surrounding the opening of the new Holocaust Museum at Yad VaShem in Jerusalem.

Marty describes the UN secretary’s greeting by the palestinians in Ramallah, and attempts to remind Mr. Annan that he has some more important business to take care of (more important than trying to force Israel to make suicidal concessions to the Arabs)…such as stopping his organization’s employees from raping and pillaging the African continent!!!

Congo Refugees
A sordid tale of United Nations employees involved in child pornography, rape and sexual exploitation, all under the guise of their “peace-keeping” missions in Africa. Truly shocking…

Also, should little Jordanian Arab, Yitzhak Rabin be allowed to live permanently in Israel?

Marty talks about these questions and more in this show.

International Human Rights Violators are Now Sitting on the United Nations “Human Rights Council”…”U.N.”=”Useless Nations”

Written by Marty Roberts on May 14, 2010 – 2:06 pm -

If this isn’t proof that “UN” stands for “Useless Nations”, then I do not know what is…

UN

Out of 14 candidates for the 14 open seats on the United Nations Human Rights Council, SEVEN of them are accused of HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS!!!

Oh, by the way, ALL SEVEN WERE APPROVED by wide margins, and now are sitting on the UN Human Rights Council. How can any sane person give ANY credibility whatsoever to ANYTHING that comes out of that conglomeration of Israel-hating, Third-world banana republics. The “Real” countries are now only a minority in what has become a totally useless…no, make that extremely DESTRUCTIVE international abomination.

The UN should close its doors…not tomorrow, but yesterday…

UN elects rights violators to Human Rights Council

Seven countries accused of human rights violations, including Libya, Angola and Malaysia, won seats on the U.N. Human Rights Council in an uncontested election Thursday.

Reprinted from Associated Press

The U.N. General Assembly approved all 14 candidates for the 14 seats on the 47-member council by wide margins despite campaigns by human rights groups to deny countries with poor rights records the minimum number of votes needed.

All 14 countries easily topped the 97 votes required from the 192-member world body. Libya, which currently holds the presidency of the General Assembly, received the lowest number of votes — 155 — while Angola got 170 and Malaysia 179.

In addition to these three countries, human rights groups criticized the poor rights records of Thailand, Uganda, Mauritania and Qatar which also won seats.

The seven other countries that won seats were Maldives, Ecuador, Guatemala, Spain, Switzerland, Moldova and Poland.

Iran withdrew from the race on April 23 after facing strong global opposition for severe human rights abuses including the government’s crackdown on opposition supporters.

U.S. Ambassador Susan Rice said it was “notable … that Iran’s bid fell short.”

Human rights groups and other non-governmental organizations also successfully opposed the election of Iran and Venezuela in 2006, Belarus in 2007, Sri Lanka in 2008, and Azerbaijan in 2009.

The 14 countries elected Thursday will serve three-year terms starting June 19 on the Geneva-based council, which was created in March 2006 to replace the U.N.’s widely discredited and highly politicized Human Rights Commission.

The council, however, has also been widely criticized for failing to change many of the commission’s practices, including putting much more emphasis on Israel than on any other country.

The United States voted against the council’s creation during the Bush administration but reversed its position and won a seat last year after President Barack Obama took office.

Rice cited “some progress” since the U.S. has been on the council, noting its approval of a “milestone” resolution on freedom of expression, its investigation of last year’s massacre and rapes in Guinea, and adoption of stronger resolutions condemning rights violations in Congo, Myanmar, Somalia and Sudan.

“We remain committed to strengthening and reforming this council,” Rice told reporters. “We hope that the new council’s composition for the most part will provide us with partners — not all but most — with whom we can work constructively.”

The NGO Coalition for an Effective Human Rights Council said the failure of U.N. regional groups to put forward competitive slates deprived the General Assembly of the opportunity to elect the most qualified countries.

“Those who want the council to improve have to commit themselves to competitive elections and be willing to compete themselves for a seat,” said Peggy Hicks, global advocacy director for Human Rights Watch, a coalition member.

“Without competitive elections,” she told AP, “we’ll continue to see states that don’t meet the qualifications set by the General Assembly getting seats like Libya, Angola and Malaysia.”

Under the resolution that established the council, members are expected to “uphold the highest standards” of human rights and “fully cooperate” with it.

Hillel Neuer, executive director of Geneva-based UN Watch, which heads a coalition of 37 human rights organizations that campaigned for the U.S. and European Union to defeat Libya’s candidacy, said that “by electing serial human rights violators, the U.N. violates its own criteria as well as common sense.”

“Choosing Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi to judge others on human rights is a joke,” Neuer said in a statement. “He’ll use the position not to promote human rights but to shield his record of abuse, and those of his allies.”

America Is About to Join Forces With Israel’s Enemies in Demanding That Israel Be Stripped of Her Nuclear Deterrent Capability

Written by Marty Roberts on May 4, 2010 – 5:21 pm -

We’ve been hearing about this for weeks now..the ongoing campaign by the US Obama administration to emasculate her closest ally in the Middle East, Israel, is set to be ratcheted up a notch or two at this week’s United Nations nuclear conference. The plan is to join forces with Israell’s enemies in demanding that Israel strip herself of nuclear weapons, her best deterrent and, perhaps, only method of insuring the continuing existence of the Jewish State.

nuclear

While Obama effectively does nothing to stop the true nuclear threat, Iran, from obtaining the atomic bomb, he decides to concentrate his efforts on stripping Israel of her best deterrent, the unspoken nuclear capability.

The US administration knows full well that Israel is no threat to the region or world peace, in that, clearly, Israel would only use the A-bomb in self-defense. There are no territorial or other ambitions that could induce Israel to strike ANY country in the region with nuclear weapons, whereas Iran has clearly and repeatedly stated her intentions of using an atomic bomb to wipe out Israel at the earliest possible opportunity…

Oh, yeah, and what if that car parked in Times Square had been loaded with a dirty atomic bomb instead of cheap fertilizer? Once Iran goes atomic, the materials will be widely available to Muslim terrorists like that guy in New York…

US Targets Israel as Anti-Nuke Conference Begins

The United States is working with both Egypt and Russia to rid Israel of its nuclear weapons, as part of a comprehensive plan to neutralize Iran’s nuclear power

Reprinted from Israelnationalnews.com Hillel Fendel

Reports of this nature are being reported in various news media. The Guardian (London) reports that the US and Russia have drafted an initiative to ban nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction in the Middle East, while the Wall Street Journal says the Obama Administration is considering support for a “nuclear-free Middle East.”

The Guardian adds that the proposal involves the appointment of a special coordinator to conduct exploratory talks with Israel, Iran and the Arab states, followed by a regional conference. It is to be a central issue at an anti-proliferation United Nations conference beginning Monday in New York.

According to the Wall Street Journal report, the US is strongly considering opposing Israeli nuclear weapons more strongly than it ever has before. However, the US government has, at the same time, sent Jerusalem a message designed to calm Israeli anxieties on the matter, stating that the U.S. would not take such a drastic approach before it sees significant progress in the peace process between Israel and the Arab nations.

Specifically, Ellen Tauscher, undersecretary of state for arms control and international security, said the conditions are not right “unless all members of the region participate, which would be unlikely unless there is a comprehensive peace plan which is accepted.”

Such a message is actually not very calming, in that it does not state that there must be “peace” before the U.S. would take such a position. Furthermore, it is widely felt in Israel that its nuclear potential is as critical for maintaining peace as it is during times of war.

This may not be Israel’s official position, however – at least according to the Wall Street Journal. An Israeli source is quoted in the report as saying that Jerusalem’s vision is one of a Middle East without weapons of mass destruction, but that this must occur only as the climax of a peace process with all nations of the region.

The UN conference, held every five years, is to begin with an address by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, whose nuclear program and soon-expected capabilities have thrown the region into turmoil. U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will also address the conference on Monday.

“The last NPT conference in 2005 ended in collapse,” the Journal reported, “but U.S. officials said they have been laying the groundwork for this conference for nearly a year.”

Israel Lost 2 More Fine Young Men Last Night to Palestinians in Gaza…We Must Wipe Out This Evil

Written by Marty Roberts on March 27, 2010 – 11:12 pm -

The Hamas terrorist palestinians are feeling their oats in light of recent developments out of Washington. They are jumping on the opportunity presented by Obama-Clinton and Co.’s outrageous attacks on Israel…and Israel is paying the price of their increasingly brazen attacks in blood…
Last night’s deaths raise the toll to three young Israeli soldiers killed in the past week. The coming re-clash in Gaza seems to be inevitable, in spite of Goldstone and the rest of the world’s attempts to usurp Israel’s right to self defense. But we must not be stopped. The evil growing and prospering on all sides of Israel must be wiped out once and for all. The safety of the innocent citizens of Israel must be guaranteed…not by US promises, but by the IDF, Israel’s proud army.
The UN secretary general Ban Ki-moon has good reason to be concerned, and he’d best not try to interfere with Israel’s right to peaceful borders.
And how tragic is it that, instead of Israel’s defense minister Barak worrying more about wiping out the evil threatening Israel, he’s busy worrying about satisfying the American president by using Israel’s army to destroy Jewish homes…the so-called “illegal outposts”, which are neither illegal nor outposts…Shame on you, Ehud Barak…destroy Israel’s enemies, NOT her citizens’ homes…
Grieving Israeli Family

UN chief ‘concerned’ about Gaza violence

Ban Ki-moon laments incident in which two IDF soldiers were killed, calls for ‘maximum restraint’

Reprinted from Reuters

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said on Saturday he was concerned about a clash in the Gaza Strip in which two Israeli soldiers were killed.

“I am very concerned at the escalation of violence and loss of life yesterday in the vicinity of the Gaza border,” Ban told a news conference on the sidelines of an Arab League summit in the Libyan town of Sirte.

“I reiterate my appeals made during my recent visit for maximum restraint and an end to all violence, in particular at this critical time when we are engaged in efforts to revive peace talks.”

Ban was referring to Friday’s incident, in which 32-year-old Major Eliraz Peretz and 21-year-old Staff Sergeant Ilan Sviatkovsky were killed in an exchange of fire with terrorists on the Gaza border. Two Palestinians were killed while trying to plant an explosive device near the border fence.

Two hours later, two more Palestinians were killed in another incident in the area. They were spotted by an IDF force trying to plant an explosive device near the border fence and shot.

The commander of this force was the officer involved in an incident of friendly fire that occurred in Gaza earlier this week, in which a soldier was killed. He led his soldiers into a gun battle in which they were mistaken for terrorists and opened fire upon by Golani soldiers.

On Saturday morning the violence continued when a Qassam was fired towards Shaar HaNegev Regional Council. Meanwhile IDF bulldozers are accompanying IDF tanks in scanning the area on the Palestinian side of the border fence in order to locate other explosive devices. Bushes have been removed in order to improve intelligence.

Major Eliraz Peretz

Mother of fallen soldier: God loves Golani

Miriam Peretz, mother of major killed in gunfight in Gaza, says her son died so Israelis can ‘walk proud’, meanwhile Ynet learns demolition orders have been issued on his home, located in West Bank outpost

Reprinted from Ynetnews.com

The mother of 32-year-old Major Eliraz Peretz, who was killed in a gunfight with Palestinian terrorists in Gaza Friday, gave an interview Saturday in which she called her son “the salt of the earth”.

Twelve years ago Miriam lost another son, Uriel, in Lebanon. Her four sons served in the Golani Brigade.

“I know God loves the Peretz family’s Golani, loves these warriors, loves Eliraz who I will say simply was a hero,” she told her family and guests at the Peretz household.

“My sons are always at the front because officers go in front. He provided a personal example and he was alerted to give aid, so of course he was the first to do so. He didn’t go to die, but went so that I and the people of Israel could live well. My sons died for us all, so that we can walk proud.”

Miriam Peretz added, “In Morocco I went around with my head bowed and I had no freedom. Here in Israel I see my boys in uniform and I’m proud to be Jewish. Eliraz had a gentle soul and a pure soul. He was righteous and pure and a mother could be proud to have such a son.”

The mother read a letter from her son thanking her and his father for signing a form allowing him to serve in combat.

“There are no mothers, on our side or the other side, who want their children dead. I don’t want my children to die. I don’t imagine scenarios of death but rather of life. I teach my children to live in this country heroically.”

Demolition orders issued on Peretz home

Meanwhile Ynet learned Saturday evening that demolition orders have been issued for Peretz’s home in the West Bank outpost of Givat Hayovel, near the settlement of Eli, where his wife and four children reside. The home is an illegal structure.

One of Peretz’s neighbors was Major Roi Klein, who was killed during the Second Lebanon War by jumping on a hand grenade to save his fellow soldiers.

Some of the residents of Eli and Givat Hayovel told Ynet that Peretz took Klein’s family in after his death, inviting them to dinner and teaching the children the Torah.

The United Nations Shows Its Colors Once Again…Moon Attacks Israel While Ignoring the Plight of Gilad Shalit

Written by Marty Roberts on March 21, 2010 – 4:19 pm -

More proof of the uselessness of the United Nations. The secretary general felt it was appropriate to visit the territory where an innocent Israeli, Gilad Shalit, has been held hostage against all rules of international law for almost 4 years. No Red Cross visits, no family visits, no verification of the conditions of his “imprisonment”. Not only did Moon visit the terrorist enclave of Gaza, but he used the opportunity to lash out against the “good guys” once again…Israel, of course. (BTW…terrorists held in Israeli jails are afforded regular visits by family members and the Red Cross, not to mention the opportunity to study for and obtain university degrees!)
The UN has outlived the usefulness of its existence…I would not waste another dime on its upkeep…
Ban Ki-Moon

Ban Ki-Moon Blames Israel for Gaza Suffering, Ignores Smuggling

United Nations Secetary-General Ban Ki-Moon visited Gaza Sunday and blamed Israel for its economic woes while ignoring terrorists’ smuggling of weapons for use against Israel and the documented abundance of food and opportunities for Arab exporters.

Reprinted from INN Tzvi Ben Gedalyahu

He also did not mention the resumption of Kassam attacks on southern Israel. The Israel Air Force two days ago bombed several tunnels that Hamas had built for smuggling weapons and for use by terrorists to kidnap IDF soldiers.

The day before, IDF Military Intelligence Director Maj. Gen. Amos Yadlin, briefed Ban on smuggling routes used by Iran via air, land and sea, and the Iranian aid for weapons to Hamas and Hizbullah.

However, Ban focused on Israel’s partial blockade of Gaza and called on Jerusalem to open all crossings for free passage of goods and merchandise. Israel has allowed daily humanitarian aid to flow into Gaza, even during the Operation Cast Lead war against Hamas terrorists last year. It has prohibited routine travel in and out of Gaza because of constant attempts by Hamas and allied terrorists to exploit the transfer of goods to smuggle in terrorists and weapons.

The Gaza economy was growing and prospering in the 1980s and 90s but suffered with the outbreak of the Second Intifada in 2000, also known as the Oslo War, prior to which Jewish communities in the region had employed thousands of Arabs in building and agriculture. Constant terrorist attacks forced Jews to rely on foreign labor, leaving the Gaza economy with higher unemployment.

The employment situation worsened after the 2005 unilateral withdrawal by Israel and the expulsion by the Sharon government of 9,000 Jews in Gush Katif and northern Gaza who had employed Gazan Arabs in agriculture and construction. The military coup staged by Hamas against Fatah three years ago exacerbated the problem.

Despite Egypt’s clamp on its border with Gaza at the city of Rafiah, Ban placed the blame squarely on Israel’s shoulders. Making his second visit to Gaza since the end of Operation Cast Lead, Ban stated, “I have repeatedly made it quite clear to Israel’s leaders that the Israeli policy of closure is not sustainable and that it’s wrong. It causes unacceptable suffering.”

Ban is scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu later Sunday.

The UN Says Israel is Responsible for the Excessive Beating of Women in Gaza…By Their Husbands, Fathers and Brothers

Written by Marty Roberts on March 19, 2010 – 2:42 pm -

Leave it to the good-old UN, the “Useless United Nations”, to blame Israel for everything that is wrong in the universe. Probably Israel is the major cause of global warming, not to mention global cooling. And then there is the AIDS epidemic, and, of course Swine Flu. And the bird flu, of course…and don’t forget about the genocide in Darfur and rising oil prices, plus, the damage to Arab economies by falling oil prices. And the famine induced by the Israeli occupation is starving millions annually in Africa, while Jewish control of the world banking system has obviously caused the world economic crisis. I could go on and on, but I’ll leave it to the geniuses at the UN themselves to mention anything I’ve forgotten.
The interesting thing when it comes to domestic violence is, if Israeli policies in Gaza are causing the elevated woman-beating there, how do you explain the SAME statistics in Egypt and the REST of the Muslim world? I guess the UN will figure it out…as long as Israel gets condemned in the end…
Gaza Woman

Gaza Men Beat Women; UN Blames Israel

Violence against women has long been common in Gaza: a Palestinian Women’s Information and Media Center study found that between half and three-quarters of Gaza women are subjected to physical violence from male relatives.

Reprinted from INN Maayana Miskin

A recent report created by IRIN, which provides “humanitarian analysis” in coordination with the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, quotes Gaza women in putting the blame for the high rates of violence on Israel. “Widespread unemployment was one of the biggest contributors to household stress, and in turn male violence against women,” the article said in the name of a Gaza women’s center worker. The worker accused Israel of causing high unemployment with an “economic blockade.”

IRIN also quotes the UN Commission on the Status of Women, which last week drafted a resolution expressing concern over “the grave situation of Palestinian women in the occupied Palestinian territory… resulting from the severe impact of the ongoing illegal Israeli occupation and all its manifestations.”

Blame the occupation
The draft resolution blamed Israel for gender inequality in Muslim society, saying, “The Israeli occupation remains the major obstacle for Palestinian women with regard to their advancement, self-reliance, and integration in the development of their society.” It also called on Israel to “facilitate the return of all refugees and displaced Palestinian women and children,” a reference to the Arab demand that descendants of Arabs who fled Israel during the War of Independence be allowed to “return” to Israel.

The IRIN article bears a picture not of violence within Gaza society, but rather, of a Gaza woman mourning her son who died in an Israeli counterterrorist operation.

While IRIN and the Gaza activists it quoted sought to blame Israel for the violence against Gaza women, stating that rates of violence are “certainly higher” in Gaza than elsewhere, the violence reported in Gaza is not dissimilar to that in surrounding Muslim countries.

In Egypt, an estimated 33 percent of women are beaten by their husbands, and an even higher number report being beaten by their fathers or brothers. Studies show that approximately 40 percent of married Turkish women are beaten by their husbands. The frequency of domestic violence is similarly high in Lebanon and Jordan.
