So me and the wife are settling in the other night for our evening ritual of TV series and snacks. I’m setting things up and Ellen is downstairs getting into her ‘jammies and sweats.
She calls me, but, me being a new member of the 60+ generation and a bit hard of hearing even before qualifying for membership in the AARP, I don’t answer, so she tries a bit louder.

Thanks to the new “democracy” in Egypt, there is now an Iranian warship in the Mediterranean Sea. It just passed through the Suez Canal with the blessings of the new military government. Egypt has not allowed an Iranian ship through since 1979. The warship is escorting a cargo ship deemed to be carrying long-range missiles for Hizbullah, to be unloaded at a seaport in Syria. The missiles are intended to be used against Israel.
