Beitzim

What’s the problem, Tomer?
Do these look like balls to you?
Ahhh, the nuances of the holy Hebrew language…
“The Beav”
King Abdullah II of Jordan

“Gee, Wally, I still want to be king…”
“Can’t I still be king anymore?”
Naveh answers,
“Go on, get out of here, Beav, there’s too many palestinians in Jordan.”
“If you don’t stop whining, I’m going to tell mom and dad.”
Major General Yair Naveh

HE said that it just might be the end of the road for the so-called Hashemite dynasty in Jordan, being that 80% of the population of Jordan is palestinian, and……….
Hamas is now officially ruling the palestinians in Israel, and…….
Hamas and Iran are openly and publicly intertwined and united…
Therefore, it’s not too unreasonable to expect some changes in the political map of Jordan.
But you’re not allowed to say such things…
It makes the Jordanian king VERY unhappy
Shimon Peres

“We’ve won five wars and we’ll do it again if we have to. The campaign of scaring ourselves from Hamas must stop”.
I think that Shimon Peres is:
A. Senile
B. A moron
C. All of the above
(correct answer= “C”)

Shimon Peres and his irrational, rose-colored glasses view of the Middle East
Written by Marty Roberts on July 18, 2010 – 9:09 am -Shimon Peres to Jacques Chirac: Since Abu Mazzen is Doing Such a Great Job, Let’s Exile the Jews From Their Homes and Use Them to House a New Club Med on Israel’s Mediterranean Coast!!!
Brilliant!!! (Marty says, “Now it’s time to take your medication, Shimon!!!”)

Could THIS be the Fate of Jewish Communities in Israel???

If Abu Mazzen is doing such a great job, why are the terrorist attacks increasing geometrically??? And WHY, OH WHY is the Israeli Army being prevented from responding to these attacks???
Messengers of Peace???

With the range, accuracy and penetration of the Kassam rockets increasing on a daily basis, why isn’t Israel doing something to stop this???
Is the answer to build stronger roofs on the houses, or to destroy the enemy???
Is it better to treat a disease by hiding the potential patients in isolation, or killing the virus that wants to attack???
It Takes “Two to Tango” for Peace!!!

If this is a new era of peace with the palestinians, where are the initiatives, the reaching out in peace to the Israelis BY the palestinians??? Why is it only the Jews that reach out in peace???
Clean Your Oven for Pesach with Dynamite, Anybody???

What will be the NEXT place for Israel’s Arab enemies to hide explosives or weapons??? First panties, now ovens, not to mention the routine use of ambulances…what’s next, baby incubators???
Yet ANOTHER Exile on the Ninth of Av???

Maybe the time period of the Ninth of Av IS the most appropriate time for the Jews to be exiled again (G-d forbid!!!), but is it really possible that this time it will be the Jews themselves that are exiling their brethren???

Shimon Peres Joins the Attack Against the Citizens of Sderot
Written by Marty Roberts on July 18, 2010 – 8:52 am -…He Used Jewish Verbal Missiles Instead of Palestinian Kassam Missiles…
“Kassamim, Shmassamim”, he said…
Although, he DID have a point regarding the display of weakness by Israelis in the media…The people want a strong response to the daily Kassam missile attacks on Sderot…They want the Israeli Army to respond WITHOUT one hand tied behind their backs…
Plus…Aliyah immigration to Israel from Europe and North America is on the rise…Should be a record year in 2006…
All this and MORE…

Shimon Peres

Telling his country’s citizens to stop being cry-babies just because of a few hundred missile attacks…
He IS the Vice Premier of Israel, after all…
You might have thought that he would be leading our government in an effort to PREVENT the attacks, rather than joining in the campaign to defame fellow Israelis (even if he didn’t really mean it…which he DID…)
Sderot

Imagine this scene as part of your daily life (and your childrens’…)
Would you stand for it?
Or would you demand that your government do EVERYTHING in its power to stop daily Kassam missile attacks?
Even if it meant hurting innocent people on the enemy side?
But Life DOES Go On

In spite of media portrayals to the contrary…
Most Israelis are brave and strong…
Even in the face of daily life-threatening events (like Kassam missile attacks!), Life goes on according to schedule…
Aliyah
Immigration to Israel

Continuing to grow…
2006 is expected to be a record year for aliyah immigration to Israel from North America (and Western Europe)…
Hillel said, “If not now…When???”…
Nu?

Israeli President Shimon Peres..”Would Gaza leaders denounce terror, stop building tunnels, shooting missiles, release Gilad Shalit, there would be no need for any sort of closure or blockade”
Written by Marty Roberts on June 20, 2010 – 4:10 pm -It isn’t very often that you will find yours truly supporting the work of Israeli President Shimon Peres, but when he is right on, he is “right on”…
No public figure in Israel represents the desire for peace with the palestinians more than Shimon Peres. He is the architect of the awefull “peace” agreements, like Oslo, and has supported the incessant retreat of Israel before her foes, as well as abandonment of flourishing Jewish communities…all in the interest of his pursuit for peace with the palestinians, his “New Middle East”, which has turned out to be just lots more of the same “Old”, hateful Middle East…
Even Peres supports Israel’s legal naval blockade of Gaza and offers the simple formula for its removal…
“Would Gaza leaders denounce terror, stop building tunnels, shooting missiles, release Gilad Shalit, there would be no need for any sort of closure or blockade”
Well said, President Peres…
‘No need for flotillas if Gaza turns to peace’
‘No need for flotillas if Gaza turns to peace’
President Peres tells Jewish Agency assembly, ‘Would Gaza leaders denounce terror, stop building tunnels, shooting missiles, release Gilad Shalit, there would be no need for any sort of closure or blockade’
Reprinted from YNetnews.com Ronen Medzini
President Shimon Peres on Sunday urged Hamas to abandon the path of terror and said that if it were to do so, there would be no need for a blockade on the Gaza Strip.
“If Gaza would turn to peace, she would have peace and there would be no need for flotillas,” the president said at the start of the annual Jewish Agency assembly in Jerusalem.
“We withdrew from Gaza entirely and no Israeli was left in the Gaza Strip,” he said.
“We did not understand then, nor do we understand now, why after evacuating Gaza, the rulers of Gaza started to fire thousands of missiles against civilian life in Israel. For what reason? For what purpose?” the president wondered.
“The question remains unanswered today,” he continued, “Would Gaza agree to peace, to negotiations instead? Would Gaza leaders denounce terror, stop the building of tunnels and shooting missiles, stop attempting to kidnap Israeli soldiers and release Gilad Shalit who was abducted on Israeli territory, there would be no need for any sort of closure or blockade.”
Peres said attempts have been made recently to de-legitimize Israel. ” De-legitimizing Israel means to legitimize, directly or indirectly, the lawless organization like al-Qaeda, Hamas and Hezbollah and their overt and covert supporters, dictatorial regimes who kill and arrest their own people without count, without human respect.”
Peres added, “Maybe some of us feel lonely, more than ever… But the truth is that we are not alone. I believe that President Obama says and means that Israel’s security is America’s top priority.
“I believe that Europe with its own experience and in its wisdom will turn to the people of Gaza and the West Bank and tell them that peace depends on them negotiating and is better than shooting.”
‘Use more leverage against Hamas’
Welfare and Social Services Minister Isaac Herzog, ahead of the weekly cabinet meeting, also commented on the flotillas planning to sail to the Strip. “The flotillas approaching Gaza should be directed to Ashdod and explain to the world that Israel has changed its policy on the entrance of civilian goods to the Strip and there is therefore no need for these flotillas,” he said.
“The decision by European Union foreign minister gave Israel grounds for its stance and recognized the security interest of preventing smugglings,” he added.
Herzog further claimed that the time has come “to apply additional leverage against Hamas,” and called for harsher treatment of Hamas prisoners. He said the matter of Gilad Shalit warrants harsher terms for the organization’s criminals.
“Israel is an enlightened country with the law as its guiding principle. There are enough things that can be done and I am saying this as someone who comes from the peace camp.”
Tourism Minister Stas Misezhnikov addressed the flotilla issue with a firmer tone, “It doesn’t matter if they are women, men or pets. These are enemy states and they should be treated as a real threat.”
He said, “We must not allow these flotillas to reach Gaza, both in light of the siege and in light of the timing. We stopped the previous flotillas, and we must not allow this one to come. Furthermore, there is a flotilla coming from Iran, and, contrary to Turkey, where they were ‘peace activists’, this is an enemy state. Even the ship from Lebanon, certainly belongs to Hezbollah. We will use all force necessary with the smallest number of casualties.”

Lebanon=Switzerland of the Middle East?..I Don’t Think So, Mr. President
Written by Marty Roberts on February 25, 2010 – 6:37 pm -With all due respect to Shimon Peres, are we talking another prophetic vision of a new Middle East? The last one was 15+ years ago with the advent of the disasterous Oslo Accords. Peres had us dreaming of dining on pitas in Damascus back then. Update:Syrian president Assad has threatened to rain missiles on Israel’s population centers just this week. Israelis were going to be sipping coffee in cafes in Ramallah, Jenin and Shechem, according to Peres’ estimation. Before giving the palestinians autonomy under the Palestinian Authority, when these areas were under Israeli political and military control, that was, in fact true. Israelis regularly shopped in the “palestinian” cities. Now, these same cities are Judenrein…no Israelis allowed. Against the law. Period. Maybe Peres dreams too much of the impossible, the “what-ifs” that have little connection to reality. If your mother only had a penis, she could be your father.
Could be, if only…

Peres: Lebanon could be Mideast’s Switzerland
President on visit to north says ‘Hezbollah has changed from religious movement to Iranian agent’
Reprinted from Ynetnews
President Shimon Peres said Thursday he did not believe there would be a war with Hezbollah anytime soon.Speaking before high school students in the northern city of Hatzor Haglilit, Peres accused Hezbollah of “preventing Lebanon from becoming the Switzerland of the Middle East” as well as unity in the state.
Referring to Iran he expressed hope that “Hezbollah will stop bowing down before the gods of missiles and begin praying to the god of peace”.
“Hezbollah has changed from a religious movement into a military wing. It has changed from a Lebanese organization into an Iranian agent. The State of Israel has upheld the UN resolution in its entirety, and returned to Lebanon all of the territory belonging to it. Those who have destroyed and continue to destroy and prevent union are Hezbollah,” Peres said.
The president also told reporters at the event that he had “no idea” about the assassination of Hamas commander Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in Dubai.
Students present at Peres’s speech handed him a petition calling for the release of Jonathan Pollard, jailed in the US for spying for Israel.
“We will continue to seek his release as soon as possible. We have made many efforts in the past and we are currently doing so as well. All of the presidents and prime ministers who served in Israel have appealed to all presidents who served in the US during this time but were all turned down,” he said.
After meeting with the students Peres visited the Pri Galil factory in the area, which was prevented from closing down last year by a furious struggle and is considered one of the forerunners of the Galilee’s economy.
Peres spoke of the development in the north and promised Mayor Shimon Suissa that he would continue to help.
“There is a natural connection between Shimon Peres and the periphery, and some of the region’s best success stories are related to him,” Suissa said. “The security threats we have known have stressed the residents’ determination to live here.”
